Planned maintenance instead of unplanned failures

Regular inspection, timely parts replacement and remote monitoring for drones, docks and robotics systems.

Prevent rather than repair

Dismantled drone on the workbench after damage

Without a maintenance contract

  • Failures occur unexpectedly during operation
  • Repairs only happen once the damage is done
  • Downtime and costs are unpredictable
  • Wear only becomes apparent when a part fails

With a maintenance contract

  • Inspections at fixed intervals on agreed dates
  • Wear parts replaced before they fail
  • Contractually agreed response time in the event of a fault
  • Complete documentation in inspection reports

Scope of maintenance

  • Condition checkDevice, dock and accessories checked for damage and wear
  • Replacement of wear partsTo manufacturer specifications, with original parts
  • Firmware updateTo the version approved by the manufacturer
  • Function and safety checkFinishing with a test flight or test drive
  • DocumentationInspection report as evidence for insurers, auditors and authorities

Depending on the system, maintenance takes place in our workshop in Ubstadt-Weiher or on site at your premises. We agree the exact scope of inspection during the initial assessment, based on your systems and how you use them.

Remote monitoring for systems in continuous operation

With surveillance and inspection systems, an unnoticed failure is particularly critical, because operations rely on them. Remote monitoring detects faults and anomalies early and reports them before they affect operations.

For systems with CyberXHub, remote monitoring runs directly in the control interface.

Frequently asked questions

What does a maintenance contract cover?

It sets out maintenance intervals, scope of inspection, response time in the event of a fault and the supply of spare parts. Depending on the agreement, remote monitoring and a replacement unit can be added.

What is remote monitoring for?

It reports faults and anomalies before they affect operations. That matters most for surveillance and inspection systems, because otherwise nobody notices when the system fails.

Do you also maintain systems not supplied by Solectric?

No. We offer maintenance contracts for systems you have bought from Solectric. Repairs are carried out by our workshop.

What about nights and weekends?

That is governed by the agreed response time. Extended on-call cover is advisable for security applications, but usually unnecessary for a surveying system.

How much does a maintenance contract cost and how long does it run?

The price depends on the number of systems, the usage profile and the response time. You receive it in our quote after the initial assessment. We agree the term and notice period with you in the contract.

It starts with an initial assessment

We record your systems and how they are used, and prepare your quote on that basis.
