Bruchsal, 30 April 2026. The future of our region lies in the hands of the next generation. To support it, the Auerbach Stiftung and the Rotary Club Bruchsal-Rhein have launched the “future alliance Region Bruchsal”. At Solectric GmbH, we are proud to be involved from the very start as one of 23 pioneer partners.

Why we are getting involved

As a provider of advanced technology solutions, we know that our products and systems only reach their full potential when they are operated by people who understand and master technology. Baden-Württemberg is currently short of more than 40,000 STEM specialists. For Solectric GmbH, this alliance is therefore both a cause close to our hearts and a strategic necessity.

We support the initiative for three reasons.

  • Early enthusiasm matters. Young people need to come into contact with modern technology as early as possible.
  • Skills create value. Only those who understand technology can shape it, rather than simply consume it.
  • Regional strength. We need committed talent right here in the region, so that together we can develop new solutions for tomorrow's world.

Hands-on support, not dry theory

The “future alliance” brings together companies, schools and foundations. One of its key elements is the Z-Lab (Zukunftslabor) at the Triwo Technopark, a proven success that inspires more than 14,000 school pupils every year with hands-on workshops covering everything from robotics to AI. “Our modern products need young, committed minds who learn and master these technologies early on. That is the only way to create lasting value for our region,” says the management of Solectric GmbH.

With projects such as the STEM academy and the pupil start-up programme, we start where tomorrow's skilled workforce first takes shape. Solectric GmbH looks forward to working with partners such as EnBW, SEW Eurodrive and the Hopp Foundation to secure Bruchsal's capacity for innovation.

Would you like to help shape the future too? The alliance is open to more supporters who want to invest in our children's education. You can find more information at future-alliance.eu.
