OBSBOT Meet Flip webcam now on sale

The new OBSBOT Meet Flip webcam packs 4K image quality, AI-based meeting features and a physical privacy cover into a body weighing just 37.7 grams.

The highlights

At the heart of the Meet Flip is a 1/2″ Sony Exmor RS stacked CMOS sensor with Quad Bayer technology. It delivers 4K at 30 frames per second or 1080p at 60 frames per second. HDR, phase-detection autofocus and a bright f/1.8 aperture help produce detailed, balanced images.
The Fold-to-Protect design solves an everyday problem very simply. When the camera is folded shut, the lens is physically covered and the webcam switches to sleep mode. No more loose covers or tape.
Two microphones with four audio modes adapt sound pickup to different meeting situations.
AI Auto Framing automatically keeps individuals or groups properly framed.
OBSBOT Center also gives you gesture control, extensive image adjustments and AI Magic Notes. This AI feature can transcribe meetings, highlight key points and summarise them. After 120 free minutes, it requires a subscription.

International acclaim for the OBSBOT Meet Flip

OBSBOT's new webcam received a great deal of positive feedback in the first weeks after its release:

Forbes highlights the compact folding design, the Sony sensor and the AI meeting features.
CNET awards it 8 out of 10 and praises its “very clever foldable design”.
CGMagazine rates the Meet Flip 9 out of 10 and calls it a “fantastic choice for a first webcam”.
Gamereactor also gives it 9 out of 10 in several international editions and describes the video quality as really impressive.

High quality in a tiny package

The OBSBOT Meet Flip is for anyone who wants to come across more professionally in video calls, hybrid working or content production without a complicated camera setup. It has no motorised PTZ gimbal. Its strength lies in combining a compact plug-and-play design, 4K video, automatic framing and a physical privacy cover. For good streaming audio, a separate microphone still makes sense. The RRP is €129.
